The mixing and stirring system is a crucial link in the production of dry-mixed mortar and also the "heart" of the factory. Huan Gang Heavy Industry's dry-mixed mortar production is equipped with pure international standard mixing and stirring machines. The mixing uniformity is suitable, the mixing time is controllable, and it has excellent repeatability and low maintenance rate. It can be equipped with high-speed flying knives, and the blades can be opened according to the working conditions to achieve the mixing and dispersion of fibers and pigments.

The production principle and advantages of the dry-mixed mortar production line of Huan Gang Heavy Industry:
The main control system issues production instructions based on the selected process formula. The system automatically extracts raw materials from the storage bin according to the proportion. After the raw materials are counterbalanced, they enter the mixing bin and the single-shaft mixer in sequence to achieve rapid mixing operation (3-5 minutes). After meeting the mixing accuracy requirements, the finished mortar is conveyed to the finished product warehouse and enters the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs timed and quantified filling operations as required, significantly enhancing the output efficiency. The packaged finished products are sent to the finished product area for stacking, waiting to be released from the factory.
