I. Overview

The pulse bag dust collector is a technology that uses high pressure and large flow pulse valve to blow the dust one by one filter bag. It can collect more than 99.9% of the dust from a large number of ultrafine dust and high concentration of gas. At present, under the new national standard conditions, it is not only widely used in the dust treatment of cement plants and dry powder mortar plants, but also widely used in the field of non-metallic mineral fine powder deep processing, and has good application prospects in electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, steel and other industries.

Second, structure and working principle

1, pulse bag dust collector structure

The equipment mainly consists of the following parts:

(1) Box: including bag chamber, pre-dust chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton.

(2) Injection system: including the main gas pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, control instrument.

(3) The ash hopper and the ash discharge part have two forms: one is the ash hopper directly connected with the ash discharge valve, and the other is the ash hopper connected with the ash discharge valve through the conveying equipment (such as the screw conveyor).

2. Working principle

The dust-containing gas enters the expanded dust hopper of the dust collector for pre-collection, and is distributed between each filter bag through the deflector, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. In order to make the resistance of the equipment not exceed 1200Pa, the high-pressure gas is produced by the electromagnetic valve and the compressed air in the air bag (0.5~0.7MPa). By the spray pipe hole (called the primary wind) through the Venturi tube induced several times the surrounding air of the primary wind (called the secondary wind) into the filter bag in an instant rapid expansion, and accompanied by the opposite direction of the air shake off the dust, to achieve the purpose of ash cleaning. Using the microcomputer automatic control device, the dust cleaning cycle and pulse spray time are adjusted according to the dust, so that the dust collector can run in a certain range.
