By adjusting raw material formulations, it canproduce various types of gypsum-based materials, including lightweight anddense gypsum formulations.

These gypsum plaster processing lines have a tower-style structure, with silospositioned at the top to ensure an efficient material flow. The additivemetering system operates through an independent platform-based dosing andpumping system, allowing precise ingredient distribution. Materials movethrough a controlled sequence of stages, including weighing, mixing,temporary storage, bulk loading or packaging, and palletizing.

To maintain consistency in formulation, the automatic weighing and batchingunit ensures precise dosing before materials enter the high-efficiency mixingsystem, where they are blended uniformly. The finished gypsum-basedproducts are then processed through an intelligent packaging system, followedby an automated palletizing unit that efficiently stacks the packaged materials.The entire process is fully automated, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, andadaptability to different production needs.
