The dry-mixed mortar mixing station is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly complete set of equipment developed by Qingdao Huan Gang based on domestic and international advanced technologies and accumulated years of experience.
This equipment adopts a tower or stepped structure. The powder silo, admixture silo, etc. are installed on the top of the main building. The processes of metering, mixing, packaging, etc. are arranged from top to bottom.
It can be used in conjunction with dry sand crushing systems or wet sand drying systems to produce high-quality, top-grade ordinary dry powder mortars and special mortars.
The entire process adopts an automated operation mode, with production capacity ranging from 5 to 50 tons per hour. It is suitable for start-up enterprises, regional markets, and large-scale production needs.
1. Tower-type structure design. The main building adopts a tower layout. Materials flow downward by gravity, reducing transportation energy consumption and saving floor space.
2. Fully automatic intelligent control. The PLC control system automatically issues instructions based on the recipe, enabling the entire process of ingredient preparation, mixing, and packaging to be fully automated. One person can operate the entire production line.

1. High-performance mixing system. Equipped with an international standard mixing machine, the mixing uniformity reaches over 98%. The mixing time is three to five minutes. For special materials, a high-speed knife can be configured to achieve the dispersion and mixing of fibers and pigments.
2. Precise measurement system. Utilizing renowned measurement components, combined with variable frequency feeding and intelligent electrical technology, the measurement error is less than 0.5%. This ensures accurate formulation and stable product quality.
Three, Environmental Dust Removal System. Dust removal devices are installed at all potential dust emission points. The operation is fully enclosed, and the dust emissions comply with national standards. Bag-type pulse dust collectors are installed in the storage silos to improve the working environment and increase the utilization rate of raw materials.
Four, Safe Storage Design. Anti-explosion safety valves and material level indicators are installed in each powder storage bin to prevent powder from caking and ensure safe operation.
