From June 1st to 2nd, the HUAN GANG Iron Army Conference of Qingdao was held at the company's headquarters as scheduled. All staff from various offices across the country returned, and those who were unable to attend participated in the entire event via video. Over the course of two days, everyone reviewed the work progress from January to May and discussed the strategic direction for the coming period. 

The first item of the meeting: Each office director will present the completion status and subsequent plans for the work from January to May in the form of a PPT. No empty words, only solid information - how much has been accomplished, where the gaps lie, how to proceed next, and why it can be implemented. Each point will be explained in detail. 
The self-evaluation and assessment of the company are straightforward: list out all the shortcomings, the areas that need improvement, and any suggestions for the company's development. All are openly disclosed. The follow-up of old customers, the expansion of new customers, and the detailed review of each customer's new demands are all meticulously recorded. 
Each person analyzes a real case from their own experience. Some share the key factors for successful bidding, some review the profound lessons from failed bids, some explain the reasons for clients to actively refer business, and some describe the handling process of sudden failures at the after-sales site. 
The on-site communication was lively and full of valuable insights. Learning from others' strengths and making up for one's own weaknesses - this statement is no longer just a slogan; it has become a concrete action. 

The sales general manager, Mr. Shan, concluded the meeting, commending everyone's efforts and outlining the upcoming strategies. 
It was these practical training sessions that enabled the HUAN GANG people to come in with problems and leave with solutions, becoming more professional, more confident and more adept at handling things.
